铕-吡哌酸敏化化学发光法的研究
A Study on Europium Sensitized Chemiluminescence of Pipemidic Acid
【摘要】 利用流动注射技术 ,研究了Eu3 + KMnO4 Na2 S2 O4 PPA化学发光体系 ,探讨了影响化学发光强度的各种因素 ,建立了测定喹喏酮类抗菌消炎药物吡哌酸 (Pipemidicacid ,PPA)的新方法。通过实验 ,确定了测定吡哌酸的最佳反应条件。药片中含量较大的淀粉、糊精对发光信号没有干扰。方法的线性范围为 7 0 0× 10 -9~ 9 0 0× 10 -7,检出限为 4 0 9× 10 -9mol·L-1。测定了药片中吡哌酸的含量和回收率以及尿液中的PPA的含量和回收率 ,并对化学发光机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of Pipemidic acid (PPA) was developed. It is based on luminescence produced with KMnO 4-Na 2S 2O 4 CL system sensitized by Eu 3+-PPA. The familar excipients such as starch and dextrine do not cause interference. The several kinds of affect on chemiluminescence were studied. The linear range and detection limit for PPA are 7.00×10 -9-9.00×10 -7 mol·L -1 and 4.09×10 -9 mol·L -1, respectively. This method have successfully been applied to the determination of PPA in tablet and urine. And the mechanism of chemiluminescence is proposed.
