【摘要】 分别用石油醚 ,氯仿 ,甲醇对长白山地区的野生和栽培高山红景天和长白红景天进行了提取 ,并首次对提取物进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱法测定 ,还用红景天块做了相应的验证研究。结果表明 ,长白山地区的野生和栽培高山红景天和长白红景天的红外光谱图谱有明显不同 ,故可用作鉴别其品种或评价其质量的一种手段更多还原

【Abstract】 The petroleum ether, chloroform, and methyl alcohol extracts of wild and cultivated Rhodiola saccharinensis A. Bor and Rhodila angusta Nakai taken from Changbai Mountains, and obtained by the same isolation procedure, were for the first time studied with Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR), and the spectra obtained were compared with those of a sort of goods named Rhodiola Cake (Hong Jing Tian Kuai). It was shown that the infrared spectra of the wild and cultivated Rhodiola saccharinensis A. Bor and Rhodila angusta Nakai are different, which can be used to determine and evaluate their respective species.更多还原
