四种草莓光合特性的研究

【摘要】 运用英国PP-SYSTEM公司制造的CIRAS-1型便携式光合作用测定系统,在大田生长条件下对草莓单叶光合特性进行了研究,结果表明:草莓单叶净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率日变化曲线呈双峰型且同步消长,有明显的光合“午休”现象,品种间光合“午休”出现时间、最大净光合速率和蒸腾速率有明显差异,气孔因素不是草莓光合午休的主要调节因子。光合速率与叶绿素含量有一定的相关性。

【Abstract】 A portable photosynthesis system made by PP-SYSTEM Ltd. was used to study the photosynthetic properties of individual leaves on 4 cultivars (Dajiangjun, Maliya, Xiangfei, Meixiangsha) of strawberry under the field conditions. The results indicated that the individual leave net photosynthetic rates, stomatal conductance and water using efficiency had 2 peaks during a day. An obvious midday depression was observed. There was a significant difference in midday depression, maximum net photosynthetic rate and water using efficiency among the four cultivars. Stoma was not a major regulation factor of midday depression. A relationship was also found between net photosynthetic rates and chlorophyll content.
