【摘要】 用5种不同的溶剂和连续回流、冷浸以及振荡3种方法对瑞香狼毒根中抑菌成分的提取工艺进行了研究,并对瑞香狼毒根最适溶剂和方法的提取物中抑菌成分进行了初步分离和分析。结果表明,乙醇为瑞香狼毒根抑菌活性物质提取的最佳溶剂,而连续回流提取法为最佳提取方法;瑞香狼毒根中含有1, 7, 7-三甲基-二环[2, 2, 1]-2-庚酮、N-苯基--萘胺、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基)-己酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯等26种可能的抑菌成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five kinds of solvents and three kinds of extracting methods were applied to extract the antifungal compounds from the root of Stellera chamaejasme. The extract was analysized with gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy (GC-MS). The resultes showed that ethanol was the best solvent, and continuous reflux extraction was the most appreciate method. 26 compounds were identified as 1, 7, 7-trimethyl-bicyclo[2, 2, 1] heptan-2-one, N-phenyl-2-naphthalenamine, bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate and seon.更多还原
