【摘要】 目的 :观察带监测皮岛的腓骨移植术的临床使用效果。方法 :对 15例不同原因所引起的四肢长管骨大段骨缺损行带监测皮岛的游离腓骨移植修复 ,并通过监测皮岛观察腓骨的血供情况。结果 :15例中有 3例皮岛血供出现改变 ,准确地提示移植腓骨的血供障碍 ,2例及时手术探查恢复血供 ,1例经积极处理后血管危象缓解。结论 :监测皮岛可以简便、可靠地观察移植腓骨的血供情况 ,还可同时修复受区皮肤缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 ive:Objective:To describe the method of the monitoring the b lood supply of grafted fibular after vascularized fibular transplant.Methods:Fro m August 2002 to January 2004,fifteen cases of long bone defects in limbs were t reated with the fibular grafts with a small island pedicle skin graft on the lat eral out side the leg.The blood supply of the fibular graft was observed through the blood circulation of monitoring flaps.The skin defect was also treated by t he monitoring flaps.Results:In 15 cases,the crisis of blood circulation in 3 cases were accurately found by the color change in monitoring-flap.All cases had the grafted fibular survived and showed solid bone union.Conclusion:It is an ea sy and reliable method for observing the circulation of grafted fibular in vascu larized fibular transplant with monitoring-flap.It can also treat tissue def ects by the monitor-flap.更多还原
