新时期数学学科教师教育若干问题的探讨

【摘要】 教师队伍的数量和质量,直接关系到教育兴衰.从转变教育观念、调整课程体系和教学内容、强化教师职业能力等方面对新时期我国数学学科的教师教育问题进行了探讨.

【Abstract】 The quantity and quality of teaching staff influence the development of education directly. This paper makes a probe into teachers’ education problems in mathematics field in New Era ie. Education conception, course system, teaching contents, professional ability etc.
