【Abstract】 With the deThe development of digital image and mode recognition techniques and their fusing with the video surveillance technique bring many new methods and ideas to the field of video surveillance and also make the surveillance system without man’s watching possible.At this background,the author gives the design of a long-rang video surveillance system of using a net-hard-disk video recorder as the core,and introduces its constitute and its main functions.Meanwhile,by using the digital image recognition technique,the system can judge abnormal things at the supervised locale by analyzing the real time image information and then take the right measures based on its model.Thereby,an effective video surveillance can be realized.更多还原
