【Abstract】 The paper points out that with the varying situation in central Asian and the advent of new balance among China, Russia and the U.S.A, the parallel pattern of regional security and economic cooperation will develop into multi-lateral framework as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization shows itself, and it argues that the SCO led by China and Russia should adjust its position in terms of the current varying situation by placing the same weight on economic cooperation and regional security. It concludes that it is promising for China to take active manner in enhancing economic cooperation with the central Asian countries as well as Russia.更多还原
