【Abstract】 Gold placer mining and prospecting play a significant role in the national economic development.However,during the mining,because of the neglect to the restoration of cultivation and vegetation in most of the exploited areas, a vast expanse of fertile land has been turned into heaps of gravels.If such a situation keeps on,a large number of farmland,forests and grassland will be destroyed.It’s a threatening to the natural environment and social economic life.In view of the exploiting ways and producing situation for gold placer,this article analyses the problems of environmental geology and the results caused by gold placer mining in China.A solution to the restoration of cultivation and vegetation as well as the management of environment in the gold placer mining areas is also put forward.更多还原
