【Abstract】 Full understanding of the interactive rela- tionship between land utilization and transportation need is necessary for the settlement of the urban transportation problem.As far as planning is con- cerned,it is necessary to work out related special transportation planning and strengthen the con- struction of the transportation facilities in the pe- riphery of the city so as to attract those with high requirement to move outwards.The public trans- port-guided development pattern is highly promoted.
