【摘要】 目的　探讨Survivin ,Bcl 2在乳腺癌中的表达及其与细胞凋亡和增殖的关系。方法　用免疫组化S P法检测 6 0例乳腺癌中的Survivin ,Bcl 2 ,PCNA的表达。并用TUNEL法测定凋亡指数。结果　Survivin与病人的年龄、肿瘤的大小、组织学分级、淋巴结的转移无关 ,但与病人的生存期限有关 ;Bcl 2与乳腺癌组织学分级有关。Survivin与细胞的凋亡和增殖有关 ;Bcl 2只与细胞的凋亡有关。结论　Survivin与乳腺癌病人的生存期有关 ,可作为独立的预后因素 ;Survivin表达与Bcl 2表达之间无相关性 ,它们是通过不同途径发挥各自的生物学作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? Objective To research the expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 in breast carcinoma. Method The expression of Survivin, Bcl-2 and PCNA in 60 cases of breast carcinoma was detected by using S-P immunohistochemical method. Meanwhile, apoptosis was demonstrated by TUNEL method. Result Survivin expression was independent of the patient’s age, tumor size, histological grade and nodal status, but it had a relationship with the patient’s survival. The expression of Bcl-2 had only a relationship with the histological grade. Survivinexpression had a relationship with the apoptosis and proliferation of breast cancer while Bcl-2 expression was only related to apoptosis. Conclusion Survivin is an independent prognostic indicator of prognosis. There is no relationship between the expression of Survivin and that of Bcl-2. They exert their effect in different ways.更多还原
