【摘要】 目的 分析治疗失败的颌骨骨折病例的失败原因,探讨补救治疗的原则和方法。方法 对107例颌骨骨折治疗失败的病例行补救治疗。71例行切开复位坚强内固定。11例行颌间幸引固定,对25例陈旧性错位愈合骨折进行了正颌外科手术治疗。结果 所有骨折愈合良好,术后咬合关系恢复满意者93例,经调(牙合)及正畸治疗后满意者9例。结论 应掌握颌骨骨折治疗原则和正确方法,不可过分依赖内固定而忽视必要的颌间牵引,对陈旧性错位愈合骨折采用正颌外科手术方法矫治可取得满意的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reasons of the treatment failure of jaw fracture primarily treated in other hospitals, and to investigate the principle and right methods of the secondary management. Methods 107 subjects have been secondarily treated since 3 years ago. 71 cases underwent open reduction and rigid internal fixation, 11 cases only intermaxillary elastic traction and fixation, and 25 cases with serious malposition healing of fracture orthognathic surgical correction. Results All of the fractures healed well. Occlusion recovery in 93 cases were satisfied, and in 9 cases were satisfied after postoperative orthodontic treatment or occlusal adjustment. Conclusion It is important to master the principle and right methods of jaw fracture treatment. The short-term intermaxillary traction is essential. The cases with serious malposition healing of fracture can be satisfactorily corrected by orthognathic techniques.更多还原
