基于单片机的改进型五相混合式步进电机驱动器设计

【摘要】 在高性能纺织机械尤其是电脑绣花机中 ,步进电机是广泛应用的执行部件 .电脑绣花机系统中现有五相混合式步进电机驱动器存在诸多不足之处 :低频转矩振荡、高频输出转矩不足和多电源供电等 .在分析现有步进电机驱动器的基础上 ,结合理论分析 ,设计出一种基于单片机的改进型五相混合式步进电机驱动器 .该驱动器使用单一电源供电 ,采用三相励磁 PWM输出方式 ,改善了驱动的矩频特性 ,在电脑绣花机系统中投入应用 ,取得良好效果 .

【Abstract】 Stepping motor is the most popular executive component in high performance textile machinery, especially in the computerised embroidery machine. Five-phase hybrid stepping motor drivers in the computerised embroidery machine have a good many defects such as low frequency torque vibrations, high frequency inadequate torque output and multi power supplies. Combined with theoretical analysis, this paper gives a reformative driver based on analysis of present stepping motor drivers. This driver uses single power supply and three-phase excitation and gives PWM output. The design improves the stability in low frequency and the torque-frequency characteristic in high frequency and it has been applied in the computerised embroidery machine and has achieved a real good effect.
