低温液体充填管路的数值计算
NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF FILLING PROCESS OF CRYOGENIC LIQUID IN A PIPELINE
【摘要】 在低温液体的管路输送中,充填过程是一个使管路热负荷大幅减少的预冷却阶段,了解其特征规律非常重要。本文通过建立一维模型,对水平液氢加注管的预冷过程进行了数值计算,求得了各时刻管路的壁温分布,以及预冷却过程所用的时间。初步分析了低温液体充填管路过程中,管壁与工质的温度分布特点,以及管路长度、管径与加注流量对预冷却时间的影响。
【Abstract】 For the transportation of cryogenic liquid by pipeline, the filling process is a precooling stage which can greatly decrease the heat load of pipeline, and it is very important to understand the characteristics of the filling process. In this paper, for the feeding process of liquid hydrogen in a horizontal pipeline, an one-dimensional model is set up, and the precooling process is analyzed numerically. The wall temperature distribution at every moment and the time spent on the whole precooling stage are calculated. And for the filling process of cryogenic liquid in a pipeline, the characteristics of the wall and medium temperature distributions, as well as the influences of the pipeline length, the pipe diameter and the feeding flux on the precooling time are discussed.
