【摘要】 在某钢厂设备基础改造中,采用实用鉴定法,对混凝土强度进行推算,对裂缝、缺陷、钢筋保护层厚度、钢筋的锈蚀率及结构变形进行了检测和鉴定。提出利用原设备基础进行改造的方案。新旧混凝土结合面按施工缝进行处理,对非结构性裂缝和缺陷进行修补,对结构性裂缝采用外包钢法进行加固,并灌注自流平混凝土。更多还原

【Abstract】 In remake the basement of a equipment of a factory, adopting the practical appraise method, calculate the strength of concrete. Detect and appraise the crack, flaw, the protective thickness, the rust-rate of reinforcing bar, and the structure’s distortion. Put forward remake the basement of pristine equipment. Connect new concret to used concret as construct joint. Mend none-structural crack and flaw. Aadopting the menthod surrounding steel outside the structure, strengthen to structural crack, and concret using none-vibrale.更多还原
