【摘要】 在电液比例阀和电液伺服阀动特性测试中,高频动态流量的测量一直是一个难题.在流量测量中引入软测量技术,以层流流量计的基本结构为基础建立动态层流流量模型,通过对压力差信号与油液温度信号进行在线测量并进行数值计算,可以得到连续变化的瞬时流量值.从而克服了传统流量计自身惯性的影响,显著提高了对动态流量测量的频率范围.更多还原

【Abstract】 The measurement of high frequency dynamical flow in dynamical test of electro-hydraulic propor- tional valve and electro-hydraulic servo valve is very difficult.This dissertation makes an attempt to apply the soft measurement theory in the measurement of high frequency dynamical flow.Basing on the laminar flow theory of fluid flow,the model of instantaneous flow in dynamic flow course was got.During the measure- ment,the differential pressure between two cross-cut sections along the pipe and the temperature of the fluid were measured online at first,then the instantaneous flow at any time can be calculated and output in computer through special program.In this way,the frequency range of the flow which can be measured is enlarged great- ly.更多还原
