TG-DSC法对莱钢进口铁矿粉烧结性能的研究

【摘要】 采用TG-DSC法对进口铁矿粉添加生石灰的烧结性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,此法可以表征铁矿物烧结过程中发生的物理和化学变化,弄清了添加8.45%生石灰后巴西MBR粗粉、澳大利亚库利安诺宾粗粉和哈默斯利粗粉在烧结过程中产生液相的初始温度、主体矿物熔化温度,以及结晶与凝固温度。三者相比,库利安诺宾粗粉和巴西MBR粗粉比哈默斯利粗粉更有利于低温烧结。实验还发现,铁矿物在熔化和凝固中分别伴随着赤铁矿分解-磁铁矿氧化过程,铁酸半钙存在对磁铁矿氧化有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 <abstract>ntering performance of imported iron ores after added lime was investigated by TG-DSC method. The method can be used to research physical and chemical changes in sintering process of iron ore, by the method, it was understood that melting temperature and binding temperature of original iron mineral and new minerals formed after added 8. 45 % lime as flux into MBR ore of Brazil, CRB ore and OHA ore of Australia in sintering process. It shows that MBR ore and CAB ore are mores suitable than OHA ore for low-temperature sintering. In addition, there is the decomposition of hematite and oxidation of magnetite respectively in melting and binding process, and semi-calcium ferrite has effect of restraining for oxidation of magnetite.
