60Si2Mn弹簧钢半固态浆料的制备研究
RESEARCH ON THE SEMI-SOLID SLURRY PREPARATION OF 60Si2Mn SPRING STEEL
【摘要】 研究了 6 0 Si2 Mn弹簧钢半固态浆料的制备规律 ,结果表明 :在本实验条件下 ,当搅拌时间为 2 min时 ,可以获得尺寸大小为 10 0~ 30 0μm、固相率为 4 0 %~ 5 0 %的球状初生奥氏体的半固态浆料 ,这样的半固态浆料便于从搅拌室底孔中放出 ;电磁搅拌使 6 0 Si2 Mn弹簧钢熔体获得均匀的温度场和溶质场 ,抑制了发达的初生奥氏体枝晶的形成 ,为球状晶的获得奠定了基础 ;电磁搅拌引起蔷薇状初生奥氏体枝晶出现强烈的温度起伏和枝晶臂根部熔断是获得球状晶粒最重要的原因。
【Abstract】 The nondendritic semi solid slurry preparation of 60Si2Mn spring steel has been studied The experiments have shown that with stirring for 2 minutes under the test condition, the semi solid slurry with 40 %~50 % fraction solid and spherical primary austenite in the size of 100~300 μm can be obtained and is easy to be discharged through a little hole on the bottom of the stirring chamber The more homogeneous temperature field and solute field of the 60Si2Mn spring steel melt have been observed because of the electromagnetic stirring, which restrains the formation of large primary austenite dendrites and creates a base to form spherical crystals of primary austenite The stronger temperature fluctuation in the melt with many rosette primary austenites caused by stirring and the remelting of the secondary arm roots in the same time are the most important reasons for formation of spherical primary austenitic grains
