控制高碳钢中CaO-Al2O3-SiO2类夹杂物成分的实验研究
RESEARCH OF CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 INCLUSION COMPOSITION CONTROL WITH LOW BASICITY SLAG FOR HIGH CARBON STEEL
【摘要】 采用高温管式炉研究了低碱度顶渣对高碳钢中夹杂物成分的影响。热力学计算和实验结果表明 ,当炉渣碱度在 0 .71~ 1.36 ,Al2 O3含量在 8%以下时 ,钢中的酸溶铝含量在 0 .0 0 0 6 %以下 ,钢中 Ca O- Al2 O3-Si O2 类夹杂物的 Ca O/ Si O2 在 1.5以下 ,Al2 O3含量为 8%~ 2 5 % ,夹杂物的成分在塑性区内。
【Abstract】 The effects of low basicity slag on CaO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 inclusion composition were studied with a high temperature furnace The thermodynamic calculation and experimental result show that when the dissolved aluminum [Al] s is below 0 0006 %, CaO/SiO 2 is below 1 5, Al 2O 3 is 8 %~25 %, the basicity of slag is 0 71~1 36 and Al 2O 3 of slag is below 8 %, then CaO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 inclusions are plastic
