FU266型磨胶辊机的设计与应用
Design and Application of Cot Grounding Machines FU266
【摘要】 分析了影响胶辊回磨质量的几何因素和物理因素 ,从理论上给出了磨胶辊机切削厚度 q与砂轮线速度v及胶辊线速度vw 的数学关系 ,得出 q≈ 6 5时磨砺胶辊的表面质量最理想。对FU2 6 6磨胶辊机的结构特点、磨夹具及自动控制过程做了详细的阐述
【Abstract】 Analysis is done to both the geometry factors and the physical factors in relation to the cot grounding quality.Theoretically,the math relation is formed involving chipping thickness q of the grounding machines and lineal speed v of the sand wheels as well as lineal speed v w of cots.Conlusion is made that when the q=65,the best surface quality of the grounded cots is gained.Moreever,full description is done to the structure of the grounding machines FU266,gripping tools and the auto control process.
