【Abstract】 Enterprises in such a world of drastic changes and competition are bound to make overall planning for their long-term existence and continuous development. Strategic mangement is the key link in the chain of this overall planning. Through an analysis from the point of view of the significance and implementation of strategic management, this paper has concluded that enterprises should reasonably define their relationships with their environments, locate their business scopes, adjust their structures and distribute their resources according to the opportunities available in their environment and those that are absent but likely to be created.更多还原
