【摘要】 中亚六国不仅深陷地缘安全困境 ,而日地缘经济和地缘文化亦陷困境之中。陷入地缘经济困境的原因 ,一是中亚五国同前苏联在经济结构上 ,苏联是中亚各国经济的指向中心 ,导致中亚的加工业和服务业不发达 ,二是中亚国家在由计划经济向市场经济转型过程中 ,没有一个良好的周边国际环境。陷入地缘文化困境的原因 ,则主要是由于中亚的地理位置 ,使得中亚在面对周边文化的侵袭时 ,显得无所适从更多还原

【Abstract】 The six central-Asian countries themselves are not only trapped in regional security, but also in regional economy and culture. There are two reasons for the regional economic predicament. The first reason is 5 in 6 have the similar economic structure to the formal Soviet Union, which is the guidepost for the other 5 countries. This caused the slow development of the processing industries and service trades: The other is that there is no good international environment, during the course of the transferring from planned economy to the market economy in the 5 countries.
