基于H.263低码率视频帧间编码研究

【摘要】 依据 H.263建议的算法和编码方案,着重对半像素精度运动估计和 PB-帧工作模式进行了研究,经过 C++编程,对该算法进行仿真分析和验证表明:半像素精度运动估计和 PB-帧工作模式的引入,不仅改善了编码图像质量,而且.大大地提高图像压缩比。从而,促进了 PSTN 网络视频传输技术的发展。

【Abstract】 This text is based on Recommendation H.263,the author emphatically studied half pixel precision motion estimation and PB-frame work mode.By programming with C++ language,the author carded out simulation analysis of the algorithm and then verify it.Result shows:half pixel precision motion estimation and PB-frame work mode not only can improve video encoding quality;but also can raise the compression ratio greatly thus promoting the development of PSIN network video transmission technique.
