【摘要】 运用工作流理论,在沈铁锦工集团办公自动化系统的需求分析基础上,对办公自动化系统中的发文流程进行分析,抽象出办公自动化系统的发文模型。根据 Lotus Domino/Notes 产品的功能特性,设计了办公自动化系统发文流程的流程定义子表单的控制元素,并给出了在具体的文档流转过程中选择签发领导的控制代码。整个系统方便灵活,提高了企业的办公效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses the theory of workflow to analyse the process of document sending in OA system founded for the requirements of Jinzhou Engineering Group Shenyang Railway Bureau, and abstract the model of document sending. According to the characteristic of Lotus Domino/Notes, The control elements of the process definition child form in OA system are designed, and the control code of choosing leader in the documents flowing process is given.
