磁性高分子微球在生物、医药领域的应用

【摘要】 磁性高分子微球作为一种新型的功能材料,因其兼具高分子微球的众多特性和磁响应性,近年来被广泛研究,特别是在生物医学、生物工程等领域的应用引起了各国研究者的高度重视。本文中综述了磁性高分子微球在生物、医药领域的应用研究进展,重点介绍了其在生物分离、磁靶向给药、固定化酶、免疫分析及测定、生物化学合成等方面的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Magnetic mierosphere acting as a new fashioned functional material, which taking on a good many characteristic and magnetism of magnetic microsphere was widely researched. In particular, the investigators attached importance to the study on the applications in bio-medicine and biology engineering. The applications progress of magnetic microsphere in biology and medicine are introduced. The applications in the bio-separation, magnetic targeted drug, enzyme immobilization, immunity analysis and detection, bio-chemistry synthesis are reported in detail. Its developmental foreground are also viewed.
