【摘要】 随着改革的进一步深入,妇联的定位问题逐渐被提了出来。作为官办性社团,妇联是走官的方向还是民的道路,存在着诸多的争议和不确定性。在此,笔者认为,妇联的定位除了要明确妇联工作对象与任务之外,还有必要对妇联目前所处的由党和政府主管部门、其它政府非主管部门、部分社会民间团体、社会公众、广大妇女、妇联的团体会员为结点所构成的内外部网络关系加以分析与厘清,而其中妇联与党和政府主管部门的关系是妇联定位问题的根本所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the reform going deeper, the problem of location of the Women’s Federation has been put forward. As a government-run league, which way the Women’s Federation should go government-run or non-government-run this is still in argument and uncertainty. In this article, the author holds the view that besides its work target and mission, the women’s Federation should define those relationships of network which are made up of competent Party and government departments, non-competent government departments, civic organizations independent of the government, group members of the Women’s Federation, the general public, and the masses of women.
