纳米蒙脱石对金黄色葡萄球菌的吸附作用
The research of adsorption effect of Nano-MMT on staphylococcus aurells
【摘要】 目的 :探讨纳米蒙脱石对金黄色葡萄球菌的吸附作用。方法 :采用聚乙二醇 (PEG) /蒙脱石插层复合物的制备方法制备纳米蒙脱石 ,应用纳米蒙脱石和蒙脱石作细菌吸附实验。结果 :纳米蒙脱石和蒙脱石均无杀菌和抑菌作用 ,蒙脱石吸附率为 6 1.4 % ,PEG4 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱土的吸附率为 90 .3% ,PEG6 0 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱土吸附率为 73.8%。结论 :PEG插层的纳米蒙脱石比蒙脱石对细菌吸附性强 ,用PEG4 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱石的吸附性优于PEG6 0 0 0插层的纳米蒙脱石 ,为纳米蒙脱石应用于医药领域提供了证据
【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the adsorptive effect of montmorillonite (MMT) on staphylococcus aurells. Methods:Nano-MMT was prepaired with the technique which is applied to produce poly-ethylene glycol(PEG)/MMT complex. The adsorptive effect of Nano-MMT was compare with that of MMT. Results:Both Nano-MMT and MMT had no sterilization and antibacterial activity. The adsorption rate of MMT was 61.4%, while that of PEG 400/MMT complex was 90.3%, and that of PEG 6000/MMT complex was 73.8%.Conclusion:PEG/MMT complex shows a better effect on adsorption of bacteria than MMT, and PEG 400/MMT complex is better than PEG 6000/MMT complex. This provides evidence on application of Nano-MMT in medical field.
