杏鲍菇菌株间酯酶同工酶的聚类分析
Esterase isozyme and clustering analysis of Pleurotus eryngii strains
【摘要】 利用Jaccard系数计算法及Fuzzy聚类法对6个杏鲍菇菌株的酯酶同工酶进行测定,结果表明,6个菌株可分为3类:Pe4与Pe6酶谱相同(Sj=1.000)归为一类;Pe1、Pe3、Pe5(Sj=0.900)归为一类;Pe2自成一类。其中Pe5酶带数多且粗,活性最强,工厂化栽培表现为较强的耐CO2能力、菇形好、口感佳、生物学效率高,是适宜工厂化栽培的菌株。
【Abstract】 The esterase isozyme of six strains of Pleurotus eryngii were examined by Jaccard coefficient caculation and Fuzzy clustering analysis. The results showed that Pe4 and Pe6 could be separated into first group with Sj = 1. 000; Pel, Pe3 and Pe5 could be separated into second group with Sj = 0. 900; Pe 2 could be separated into third group by itself. Pe5 was suitable for factorized cultivation with strong resistance to CO2, excellent fruit-body shape, nice taste and high biological efficiency.
