【摘要】 简述魔芋葡甘聚糖的特性、涂膜保鲜原理及其在果蔬保鲜上的应用,并提出了今后研究方向.

【Abstract】 The characteristic, principle of konjacmannan coating and its application to the storage of fruits and vegetables is reviewed. The research aspect needed in the future is put forward.
