膜生物反应器处理糖蜜酒精废水的试验研究

【摘要】 采用膜分离式活性污泥法作为UASB的后续阶段处理糖蜜酒精废水,当HRT为1d时,TOC去除率可达60%以上;但色度的去除率仅为10%~20%;反应器内污泥浓度为8000mg/L以上,并基本维持稳定,进水中的可溶性大分子物质通过膜生物反应器可得到一定去除,废水中难降解物质焦糖的去除从进出水的色度变化看并不十分明显,其分子量主要分布在3ku以下;膜的滤过通量随反应器中MLSS的增加下降,膜的运行周期大约为10d;简单的水清洗可基本恢复膜的滤过通量。

【Abstract】 A bench-scale experiment was conducted using a hollow fiber membrane bioreactor(MBR) to treat molasses slop.Removal efficiency of higher than 60% was obtained in terms of TOC at the HRT of one day. Excellent removal was achieved for SS but poor removal for colority(10-20%). With MLSS of as high as 8000 mg/L and more, the system can remove soluble high molecular substances at the rate of more than 80%.However, caramel, the non-degradable with molecular weight cut-off(MWCO) size distribution less than 3000, was scarcely removed.
