【Abstract】 According to the theories of linguistic philosophy and symbol science, law has three characteristics when being regarded as symbols the symbol’s abstractness, criticism and function of reconstructing the space and time. What’s more, law has double functions for the mankind themselves supposing they are symbols. In order to develop the law, we should go back to the actual world to eliminate law’s rigidity and alienation with practice, thus the mankind’s status of main body in law can be established.更多还原
