大型动叶可调轴流通风机性能计算

【摘要】 采用流线曲率法 ,计算完全径向平衡方程 ,求出轴流通风机轴向间隙的气流分布。利用叶栅法计算风机的损失和气流角 ,得出了动叶可调轴流通风机的性能。采用两种方法预测该风机的失速流量 ,与试验结果一致。

【Abstract】 Using the streamline curvature method and the full radial equilibrium equations, the duct flow calculations of an axial_flow fan are presented in this paper. Based on the cascade correlations about the cascade losses and deviation angles, the performances of the fan at different stagger angles of the rotor are predicted, moreover, the stall margins are also obtained by means of two semi_experimental methods. All the computational results are in good agreement with the experiments.
