【摘要】 目的　术前、术中提高对腹股沟区肿块及特殊类型疝的认识。方法　对 1 987年以来我院 7例腹股沟区肿块及特殊类型疝的临床资料进行回顾性分析及经验总结。结果　 7例全部治愈 ,其中 1例膀胱损伤。结论　全面询问病史 ,详细查体 ,术中仔细探查及提高对特殊类型疝的认识是避免术中脏器损伤及采取相应术式的基础更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To increase the recognition for the inguinal region mass and particular type hernia before or during operation.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 7 patients with inguinal region mass and particular type hernia since 1987 and the experiences concerned were summarized. Seven patients were cured successfully.
