基于部件信息的执行器故障诊断研究
The Study of Actuator Fault Diagnosis Based on Component Signals Analysis
【摘要】 提出了一种基于部件信号分析的执行器故障诊断方法。在分析大量执行器的结构特性和故障类型的基础上,抽象出了用于执行器故障诊断的广义信号模型;通过对模型中指令、反馈和流量信号的分析,得出了执行器在粘滞-滑动、死区、卡死、恒偏差故障下的诊断算法;利用仿真数据和现场数据对诊断算法的有效性进行了验证。该方法不需要过程模型且易于实现,因此具有较强的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 An actuator fault diagnosis method based on component signals analysis is proposed. First, the universal signal model for actuators is generalized by analyzing the characteristic and fault type of the numerous actuators. Then, the diagnosis algorithms for solving stick-slip, deadzone, jam, bias faults are discussed in detail based on analyzing the command, feedback and flow signals from the model. At the same time, the simulation and real world data sets are used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithms. Because of its simpleness and independent of process model, this method is suitable for practical application.
