普通话测评中“说话”评分评议

【摘要】 普通话水平测试(以下简称普测)中的"说话"测试是应试人说普通话能力的综合考评。要使普测中应试人的"说话"与实际说话水平等值,必须加强测试本身的规范化研究,使其更有"效度"和"信度",从而推动普测健康的发展。

【Abstract】 The speaking test of Putonghua is colligating appraisal of talking ability of Putonghua. If speaking in test is equivalent to the practical speaking level, we must potentiate test criterion study to highten even more effective degree and trust degree, and promote ist fine develop ment.
