【Abstract】 Nowadays, the control loop of most of the CN grinding machine of China is opened or semi-closed. The allowance has been set before grinding. If the operational environment changed, the allowance can’t be reset. So the machining precision of the workpiece is poor, and the dispersing is large. The paper introduced an on-line outside-diameter inspection system of the NC grinding machine based on SST89C54. Then the workpiece,the on-line inspection system,the NC grinding machine and the grinding wheel make up a closed-loop. The machining precision can be improved.更多还原
