【Abstract】 An analysis is made of the current mobile phone number system. To resolve the difficulty in interchanging mobile phone numbers and the coming trouble of upgrading the current mobile phone number system, the author proposes a novel scheme of denoting mobile phone numbers in character format by drawing on some relative technologies of intelligent network, in which an explicit character will be used to denote a specific mobile phone number, and on this basis the author puts forward a solution to be applied in the traditional fixed telephone system.更多还原
