基于方差法的摆式列车传感器故障检测技术的研究

【摘要】 决定摆式列车能否进行商业运营最基本的条件是摆式列车的可靠性问题 ,而传感器工作的可靠性是其首要环节。本文针对我国首列摆式列车的实际运行条件 ,对摆式列车传感器故障检测原理与方法进行探讨 ,提出了采用方差法进行实时故障检测 ,并可根据所选用的数字处理芯片DSP (TMSC40 )的计算能力采用渐消记忆递推算法 ,经多次现场试验证明该算法是有效和实用的。

【Abstract】 The research of tilting train in our country has been in the stage of practicality. The main content of this paper is about sensor’ fault-detection, and the correlative signal processing algorithms, providing the control system with accurate and reliable uncompensated signal filtering-delay-compensation signal. The sensor’ fault-detection is studied, so do the three variance-calculating methods for sensors’ fault-detection. All the derivation and realization processes of the these algorithms are discussed in detail. All the algorithms presented in this paper are simulated through the data gained in the test-on-line. The C program to realize the optimal can be easily transferred to DSP system, it performs well in the DSP system designed for tilting train, and it has also passed the preliminary test in the test on line.
