【Abstract】 An ultrasound measuring device employed to extract soft - tissue characteristics is designed in this paper. It includes as following: the pan ultrasound transmitting and receiving part, data collecting and conditioning part, and data displaying part. In additional, a computer- based simulation to the ultrasound transmitting circuit is performed so as to prove the feasibility of low voltage triggering and portable function.更多还原
