【摘要】 采用离体肠管试验法和Pclab生物信号采集处理系统,将兔的十二指肠置于恒温通气Tyrode氏液中,分别加入不同浓度的山莓根茎叶粗提物,以观察粗提物对离体十二指肠运动的影响。结果表明:山莓粗提物能使十二指肠收缩活动受到抑制,使其张力减小,对其频率的变化不明显;山莓不同部位的粗提物对十二指肠的运动影响存在差异,以叶最为明显,根茎次之;且随着浓度的增大对十二指肠的影响增大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adopting the experiment of isolated intestine , and applying the Pclab biolobical message collecting and processing system, put the duodenum in Tyrode solution then add extract oi Rubus corchorifolius , observing how it affect on the movement of isolated duodenum. The result indicate that: the extract of Rubus corchorifolius can inhibit the isolate duodenum muscle constract obviously,and reduce its tension ,but it doesn ’t have obvious effect on the frequency of movement. Different position of Rubus corchorifoliushave various effect on the duodenum, and the leaf can affect the movement of duodenum the most ,and the stalk and root is less obvious. When the concentration of extract is higher,the effect is more obvious.更多还原
