【摘要】 实验对江苏省某地区 2 2个免疫鸡场进行了新城疫病毒抗体随机抽样监测 ;并从所抽样的鸡只中无菌采集气管及泄殖腔棉拭子样品 ,接种非免疫鸡胚进行病毒分离与鉴定。结果表明 ,在不同新城疫病毒抗体水平的鸡群 ,均可分离到新城疫病毒 ;这提示了新城疫病毒抗体水平只能用于衡量机体的体液免疫状况 ,而不能作为评价鸡群是否带毒的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 In this reserch, the HI antibody titers of Newcastle disease viruses (NDV) were measured from 176 laying hens, from 22 farms, and isolation of NDV were performed by the tracheal and cloaca sampling from the matched hens. The data of this research and statistical analysis showed that Newcastle disease viruses could be isolated from all chickens with different level of NDV antibody. From the data,it can be concluded that the level of NDV antibody can only used in measuring condition of humoral immunity, but can not judge whether the chickens infect with NDV.更多还原
