塑性成形中的六面体网格划分与重划分技术
Meshing and remeshing techniques of hexahedral elements in plastic forming
【摘要】 基于材料成形中三维单元数值模拟分析的重要性 ,对四面体网格划分存在的弊端 ,提出了有效的六面体网格划分与重划分方法 ,以及划分与重划分的判据。最后以有限元模拟软件MSC SuperForm为平台 ,应用六面体离散法对铝材挤压变形进行模拟分析 ,结果表明了这一技术的可行性和可靠性
【Abstract】 Based on the emphasis of 3D material forming in numerical simulation, this paper discusses the shortcomings of delaunay mesh. and put forward effective methods for meshing,re-meshing and criterion of hex-mesh . Finally, using the MSC.SuperForm software of FEM,aluminium section bar is simulated and analyzed in the process of continuous extrusion and cladding , which verifies the feasibility and reliability of hex-mesh.
