【摘要】 目的 调查玛曲及其周边地区是否存在鼠疫自然疫源地。方法 对自然景观、宿主动物、传播媒介等进行现场调查,对所获材料进行血清学和细菌学检验。结果 未检出IHA阳性血清,未分离出鼠疫菌,检出3份RIP阳性血清,但该地区自然景观及主要宿主动物分布和媒介蚤构成表明当地具备鼠疫自然疫源地存在的基本条件。结论 玛曲及其周边地区可能存在鼠疫自然疫源地,建议加强监测,及时发现和控制疫情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether there are plague natural foci in Maqu county and around areas. Methods To investigation on nature landscape,host and vector fauna in the areas were carried out, specimeas obtained from animals and vectors were tested by the bacteriological and serological methods. Results No IHA positive sera and Y.pestis were found and only 3 RIP positive sera were discovered, the nature landscape, hosts distribution and vectors fauna showed that the basic conditions of plague nature foci are existed in this areas. Conclusions Plague natural foci are existed possibly in Maqu county and around areas. we suggested that the quality of plague surveillance should be enhanced for discovering and controlling the animal plague and human plague.更多还原
