【Abstract】 A heuristic method to solve unit commitment problem in medium-term electricity market is proposed, which effectively combines local search method with order of priority method to avoid losing the optimal solution. At the same time the search scope is reduced gradually by means of successive optimization and the calculation speed is improved. The results of applying the proposed algorithm in Northeast regional electricity market show that it is practical and effective.更多还原
