【Abstract】 After the outburst of the power supply crisis in California, USA, every country is reexamining the reformscheme of its own electricity market and the market design. However, making a comprehensive survey to the electricitymarket frames and management and administration ofelectricity market in various countries, it is held that theorganizational structure of New York electricity market isadvanced and obtains a better marketing result.
