华中-华东多回HVDC紧急功率转移控制的研究
RESEARCH ON EMERGENCY POWER SHIFTING CONTROL OF MULTI-CIRCUIT HVDC SYSTEMS FROM CENTRAL CHINA POWER GRID TO EAST CHINA POWER GRID
【摘要】 随着三峡机组的全部投运,华中和华东电网将通过多回并行高压直流(HVDc)输电系统互联。文章在原有直流基本控制的基础上,提出了利用直流功率调制实现故障回路原有的直流功率向其它回路转移的紧急转移控制器(EPSC)。数字仿真和动模试验说明,所设计的控制器能实现故障线路的直流功率尽可能无差地向其它回直流线路转移,并能有效提高两侧交流系统的安全稳定性。
【Abstract】 Along with the putting into operation of all generating sets in Three Gorges Power Station, the Central China Power Grid will be interconnected with East China Power Grid by three parallel HVDC circuits. On the basis of already existing basic control of HVDC, an emergency power shifting controller (EPSC), by which the original DC power is shifted to other circuits by means of DC power modulation, is proposed. The results of dynamic and digital simulations show that the designed controller can implement the shifting of DC power in faulty circuit to other circuits as indiscriminate as possible, and can effectively improve the security and stability of the AC systems at both sides of the HVDC circuits.
