小波包–能量谱在高压断路器机械故障诊断中的应用
APPLICATION OF WAVELET PACKET–ENERGY SPECTRUM IN MECHANICAL FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCUIT BREAKERS
【摘要】 文章提出了一种利用小波包变换对高压断路器振动信号进行处理的新方法,应用小波包–能量谱分析得到各尺度上的能量百分比作为特征参量对高压断路器进行故障诊断。小波包变换能将已知信号按任意时频分辨率分解到更加精细频带,且提高了信号处理的频率分辨率,小波包正交分解后的信号具有各频带信号独立、能量守衡的特点。仿真结果表明,小波包–能量谱用于高压断路器机械故障诊断中是行之有效的。
【Abstract】 To process vibration signals of high voltage breakers a new method based on wavelet packet is presented, the energy percentages on each scale, which are obtained by wavelet package – energy spectrum analysis, are used as the characteristic parameter to perform the fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breakers. Using the wavelet packet transform, the given signal can be decomposed to the finer frequency band according to random time and frequency resolution and the frequency resolution of signal processing is improved. The signals from the wavelet packet orthogonal decomposition in each frequency band are independent and the energy in each frequency band is conservative. The simulating results show that it is effective to use the wavelet packet-energy spectrum in mechanic fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breakers.
