配电网中性点接地的新途径
A NEW APPROACH TO NEUTRAL GROUNDING IN DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS
【摘要】 提出了一种基于快速可控消弧线圈接地加快速选线跳闸的新型接地方式,说明了该接地方式对可控消弧线圈(CASC)和选线装置的要求;介绍了一种新型配电网智能型快速消弧线圈和另一种配电网接地故障智能检测装置的基本原理、技术特点及运行情况,以及拟实现新型接地方式的试用情况。最后论述了该接地方式的优越性。
【Abstract】 A new neutral grounding mode based on controllable arc suppressing coil (CASC) with quick response is put forward to speed up the line detection and tripping, the basic requirements of this grounding mode for CASC and line detector is presented, in addition, the basic principles, technical features, checking and operation of two devices are described, one is an intelligent arc suppression coil and the another is an intelligent grounding fault detector for distribution network. The situation of trying out the two devices to implement a new type of neutral grounding mode is given. At last the superiorities of this grounding mode are listed.
