基于故障投诉电话信息的配电网故障定位粗糙集方法

【摘要】 运用粗糙集理论研究并提出了利用故障投诉电话信息实现配电网故障定位的新方法。该方法首先根据配电网拓扑结构的特点,将配电网络描述为树状结构,以便自动形成基于故障投诉电话的故障定位决策表,然后利用粗糙集方法对决策表进行化简,导出故障定位规则的最小约简形式,揭示故障投诉电话信息内在的冗余性。该方法既不 需要进行繁琐的计算,大大缩短了对故障的定位和隔离时间,又保证了规则的客观性,而且在故障投诉电话信息不完备的情况下,仍能达到快速、准确故障定位的目的,具有良好的容错性能。大量仿真算例表明,该方法简单、可行、有效。

【Abstract】 A new method for fault location in distribution network is presented by using the fault complain call information from different positions and the rough set theory. For the structure of a certain distribution network, first, a program that can automatically make the decision table for fault location based on fault complain call information is accomplished. Then, applying the rough set theory, the decision table is reduced. Finally, the fault location rules can be derived from the minimal reduction of decision table and the inherent redundancy of fault complain call information is discovered. In this method the trivial calculation is not necessary, so not only the time for fault location and isolation can be greatly shortened, but also the objectivity of the rules can be ensured. While the information of trouble calls is imperfect, because of the good faulttolerant performance of the proposed method the fault location can still be finished quickly and accurately. A lot of simulation results show that the method is simple, feasible and effective.
