【摘要】 目的 :总结纤维胆道镜在肝胆疾病手术中及手术后的使用价值。方法 :对可疑肝内外胆管结石病人 ,在施行胆囊切除术中 ,把胆道镜从胆囊管或胆总管切口进入胆总管 ,直视下观察肝内外胆管并取石。术后胆道镜经T管窦道进入胆总管 ,治疗各种肝内外胆管结石。结果 :术中胆道镜可有效地避免肝内外胆管残留结石。术后胆道镜可取净肝内外胆管结石 ,并扩张胆道狭窄处 ,预防和治疗术后胆道狭窄。结论 :胆道镜在胆囊切除术中及术后有较高的应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 s Objection:To assers the valve of operative and postoperative cholangioscopy in hepatocholangiotic disease.Methods:.For patients suspected of intra and extra-hepatic biliaryh stonts in cholecystomy,cholangioscope with video monitor was inserted commor bile duct,through cholecystic duct or incision of common bile duct,Intra and extra hepatic biliary ducts were inspected,stones were extracted.Tube fistula were taken as routes totreat all types of intra and extra hepatic biliary stones′ for postoperative patients.Results:Intra and extra-hepatic biliary stones’ remaiminy can be avoided by operative cholangioscopy.Through pospoperative cholangioscopy,stones can be cleared off thoroughly,moreover,postperative cholangiostenosis can be treated and prevented by dilatating the stenotic perts of the ducts.Conclusion:Operalive and postoperative cholangioscopy possesses high clinical valve更多还原
